The general terms of sale are provided for the purpose of enabling buyers to place an order. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.
1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices that are listed by Roomescape Stockholm include a 60 minutes play of our game, and are shown in SEK.
1.2- All other services that are not included in the initial reservation will be billed in addition.
1.3- Roomescape Stockholm reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
1.4- Roomescape Stockholm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed.
2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1- Availability All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. The sale will not be considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from Roomescape Stockholm with the order number. The credit card will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked when purchasing online, and authorized for a reservation of “On the Spot”.
2.2- Exchange / Cancellations: Cancellation policy is as follows, for each of the payment varieties.
Cancellations or rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you are entitled to a full refund. If a cancellation is requested 48-24 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you may reschedule your game to a later date, or receive a voucher for value of your game. If the cancellation is requested 24-0 hours before the scheduled start of game: you may reschedule or receive a voucher but your deposit or 300kr per room will be forfeit or charged.
2.3- Room Arrangement Since Roomescape Stockholm prepares each of the game-rooms every day, depending on the amount of people booked, a room plan cannot be provided, and no complaints will be accepted regarding the assignment of a room by Roomescape Stockholm.
2.4- Confidentiality By purchasing buyer certifies that Roomescape Stockholm games, components, and puzzles are to be regarded as confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates Roomescape Stockholm business interests.
3 – METHODS OF PAYMENT- We do not accept any variety of cash payment. Only the following payments may be accepted.
On the Spot/Pay Now(Credit Card), both require a valid credit or debit card to be used when placing the order. Please note, we do not accept American Express on our online payment portal. If you have chosen the On the Spot option, when you arrive to pay the remaining amount of your event please know no cash will be accepted, and only at our locations can we accept a payment with American Express.
Invoice(Organization): For a valid business to receive an invoice for services the form must be filled out correctly when the order is placed. A fee of 50kr may be applied to any invoice that requires a physical copy to be posted.
4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA
4.1- Security of payment
Roomescape Stockholm has entrusted its payment system to a specialist in online payment security. We do not keep any customer credit card information on our database.
4.2- Personal data
By booking through roomescapelive.se, you consent to the use of those items of your personal data which are necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders. Roomescape Stockholm undertakes to only use this data base for information purposes and commercial offers for Roomescape Stockholm Games, and not to divulge these data to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information. All data is handled with the greatest degree of care and discretion.
5 – ELECTRONIC BOOKING
5.1- Each booking has a unique order number which permits the access to our game.
5.2- The buyer will receive by email a booking confirmation that includes, order number, the exact date, and time of his reservation.
6 – INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR THE GAME AT ROOMESCAPE STOCKHOLM
6.1- Roomescape Stockholm does its utmost to offer you a game room that lives up to your expectations. However, the order, arrangement and casting of the game remain at the discretion of Roomescape Stockholm and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the game.
6.2- It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game, or of the hall. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or will lead to the eviction of the game room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
6.3- In addition, it is forbidden to reproduce texts, logos, images or any other element which appears either on the WEB site Roomescape Stockholm, or emails sent by Roomescape Stockholm.
6.4- Roomescape Stockholm declines all responsibility for any damages relating to objects belonging to customers.
6.5- Roomescape Stockholm is a non-smoking environment.
7 – APPLICABLE LAWS – JURISDICTION
The present general sales conditions are subject of the Swedish law . Swedish Courts shall have sole jurisdiction in case of litigation.

1.3- The prices are including shipment in Sweden with Postnord.
v1.4- The games can only be purchased with online payment.

2 – DELIVERY
2.1 - The shipment is made with Postnord in all Sweden.
2.2 - The delivery times depend on Postnord conditions. Your order will be sent in 2 workdays and then the waiting time can be checked through Postnord.
2.3 – Fox in a Box Stockholm does not do deliveries outside Sweden.
2.4 – Fox in a Box Stockholm does not take the responsibility of damaged goods during delivery.
3 – PRODUCTS
3.1 – Fox in a Box Stockholm is the reseller of the games and is not involved with the design or production of the games.
3.2 – It is not guaranteed that Fox in a Box has all the editions in stock. The inventory list will be shared after the purchase via email.
4 – APPLICABLE LAWS – JURISDICTION
